Over the past few years, I have developed and created a style of dance I call “Dakini”
My local students in Santa Barbara just love this dance offering. We all float out of the studio every Wednesday night after class.
It is magical.
I wanted to share some of my most favorite Dakini choregraphies, as well as warm-ups, drills and techniques that I have developed and learned over the years to help support this dance style.
We don’t always have time to take a full hour or hour and a half group dance class. And sometimes we just want to dance alone and practice in our sweet home space.
